At Pillow Talk, we are passionate about creating beautiful spaces and inspiring moments at home. We're looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Senior Studio Stylist to join our in-house creative team and help bring our brand vision to life across campaign, digital, catalogues, ecommerce and social photography.
As a senior member of the studio team, you'll be recognised as a styling expert and mentor, combining creativity, trend awareness and leadership to elevate our visual storytelling. Working closely with the Studio Lead, photographers and creative stakeholders, you'll conceptulise and execute compelling lifestyle and product imagery that reflects the Pillow Talk brand and inspires our customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead lifestyle and product styling shoots
- Conceptualise inspiring spaces and seasonal looks that align with campaign direction and brand identity
- Create inspiration boards and proactively identify emerging styling and home trends
- Collaborate with photographers, buyers and creative teams to bring concepts to life
- Source and coordinate props, furnishings and sample stock for studio and location shoots
- Deliver commercial, customer-focused imagery
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of in-studio and on-location photography shoots
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and helping grow team capability
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
A bit about you...
- Studio styling or creative industry experience such as set design or similar inhouse studio role
- Strong eye for interiors and visual storytelling
- Creative, organised and detail focused
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with photography equipment/software advantageous
- Experience in campaign photoshoots is advantageous
