Job Description

Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting eCommerce Manager role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As an eCommerce Manager at Pillow Talk, your primary responsibility will be to lead the strategy and execution of Digital Experience (DX), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and website personalisation initiatives. As an eCommerce Manager, you'll collaborate closely with cross functional departments to deliver an engaging, seamless online shopping experience that enhances customer satisfaction.

A bit about you...

  • 3-5 years' experience in eCommerce optimisation, CRO or onsite personalisation with a focus on improving digital customer experience 
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer behaviour analytics and website optimisation strategies 
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Sitespect) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data and insights to drive eCommerce decisions and optimise the digital customer journey
  • Proficient in setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversation rates and overall digital experience
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for mobile and desktop 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
